Questions people ask
How long does delivery take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes around Asaba. It depends how far the kitchen is and how busy their day looks. You get an estimate before you pay and the live map after.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Pay the rider cash on delivery, or use card, bank transfer or your Wego wallet in the app.
How much is delivery?
A base fee plus a rate per kilometre from the shop to your address, and a small service fee. The full total shows before you pay, never after.
What if an item is finished?
The shop flags it and can offer you something else instead. It is your call: take the swap, get refunded for that item, or cancel the whole thing. Refunds land in your wallet straight away.
What if my order arrives wrong?
You have 24 hours after delivery to raise it in the app. Our team looks at it and can refund the order.
Is it on iPhone or Play Store?
Not yet. Android first while we are getting started, and the app installs from this page rather than the Play Store. iPhone is coming.
